This includes our signature blue box tied with a white satin bow, a certificate of authenticity, a keepsake pouch, a polishing cloth, and one gift bag. This does not need to be requested when your order is placed.

We send orders with a gift receipt included. This does not contain any pricing information. The gift receipt states the order number, shipping & billing addresses, and the name of the item ordered.

Orders over $300.00 will require a signature upon delivery. Your tracking number will state if a signature is required.

If you checked out as a guest, your order will not show when you are logged into your account. Your email confirmation will have your order information.

We offer earrings that are 14K Gold, Sterling Silver, and Titanium with 14K Gold Plating. Your earrings will come with a certificate of authenticity stating the material it is crafted from and will note other high quality components the earrings contain such as diamonds, pearls, and Swarovski crystals.

Yes, our earrings are hypoallergenic and do not contain any harmful metals. If you are extra sensitive to any metal, we recommend checking with a physician which metal will be best for your ears.

Here at Tiny Blessings we have different styles of screw backs. Different backs are made by different manufacturers. If you need a replacement back, you will need to purchase the same style your earrings originally came with. You can find which style of back you need on our website under “product details”. Individual backs are available for purchase here.

Tiny Blessings earrings are designed for the comfort of the child wearing them. Our posts are 7mm instead of the typical 9mm post, the gauge size is 24.

If the same earring is listed in both sections, it is because it is a suitable design for all ages. Please note that a 7mm post is usually a comfortable fit for all ages but can cause discomfort if the individual needs a longer post.

Earrings have a 30-day warranty period. The warranty begins the day your item is delivered by USPS or FedEx. If you have a broken item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Earrings are only available for purchase in pairs. We do not sell individual earrings and there are no exceptions.

Our beaded bracelets are custom and made in our office. They can be made in a range of sizes from 4.5 inches to 7.0 inches long. ID bracelets are offered in sizes 4.5 - 5.0 inches and 5.5 - 6.0 inches. If you are unsure which size to get, please refer to our wrist sizing tool.

All beaded bracelets and sterling silver classic charm bracelets qualify for our resizing service. The resizing service can be purchased on our website at any time. Your bracelet will be strung on a new wire and the pattern will be continued so it matches the original. Find out more about resizing here.

For bracelets that do not qualify for resizing, we have extender chains for purchase that add up to one inch of extra length to your bracelet.

We are happy to repair a bracelet if it breaks. Beaded bracelets have a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the failure of the wire, clasp, and defective beads. Abuse of items, lost or missing parts, engraved plaques and hearts, shipping charges are not covered under this warranty and the customer is responsible for these costs.

Charms are optional and are available for purchase when added to your order. The bracelets on our website are shown with examples of charms you can add. When an item states “Includes Charm” your bracelet will come with the stated charm.

Engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double check your engraving is correct prior to placing your order.

Character limits are set so that your engraving will be legible on the jewelry. If you have a request for a longer engraving, please contact our customer service team directly.
