What is DreamLux™ ?

25 years of research and design have culminated in a long held dream of our design house to create a luxury line of jewelry that is accessible to every little girl. Now that dream is a reality with DreamLux™. Products that illuminate her beauty with rich 14K Gold, reflect her inner strength with the integrity of a titanium core, and protect her safety with ultra-hypoallergenic, child-specific designs.[1] Because for over 25 years, safety and comfort have been at the heart of Tiny Blessings’ design philosophy, defining a legacy built on uncompromising standards, meticulous craftsmanship, and thoughtful attention to every detail. Tiny Blessings® DreamLux™ collection makes the highest standard of jewelry quality and safety accessible to every little girl, delivering master-level craftsmanship at an unbelievable price.

What is AuraBond™ ?

Our exclusive AuraBond™ PVD process fuses rich 14K gold onto a titanium core, creating a dense molecular-level bond 45x stronger than standard gold plating for a nearly indestructible, irritation-free finish–and absolute peace of mind.

How is AuraBond™ different from standard gold plating?

AuraBond™ uses advanced PVD technology to create a dramatically harder, more wear-resistant surface than conventional thin gold electroplating.

How else is AuraBond™ different from traditional plating?

Since AuraBond™ PVD is a vacuum chamber process and not a chemical bath like electroplating, no harsh chemicals are used. AuraBond™ uses high-purity gases such as nitrogen and argon–which are naturally present in the air around us–during the deposition process.[2][3] This makes the DreamLux™ product line very eco-friendly.

Is AuraBond™ PVD Real Gold?

Yes. The AuraBond™ PVD process fuses real 14K gold onto an ultra-hypoallergenic ASTM F136 titanium core–trusted for medical implants–creating a dense molecular-level bond 45x stronger than standard gold plating for a nearly indestructible, irritation-free finish–and absolute peace of mind.

Do all PVD coatings use real gold? How is DreamLux™ with Aurabond™ different from standard PVD Jewelry?

PVD is a process for bonding material strongly to another base material. Some PVD jewelry is simply given a gold-colored coating.[2][4] tB® proprietary AuraBond™ PVD process uses real 14k gold bonded to an ASTM F136 titanium core.

How long does AuraBond™ PVD gold last?

DreamLux™ products are extremely high quality, exceptionally wear resistant, and designed not to tarnish or change color. That said, the DreamLux™ line is not solid gold. Any surface coating can eventually be damaged or worn under enough abrasion. The ultra-hypoallergenic ASTM F136 titanium core would then become exposed.

Can DreamLux™ Jewelry get wet?

Our DreamLux™ construction is made to withstand routine exposure to water, soap, sweat, and everyday moisture, which is why Tiny Blessings stands behind the collection as waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnishproof.

Bath time and beach time do not have to become jewelry-management time.

Is DreamLux™ Hypoallergenic?

Yes, DreamLux™ products use two of the most ultra-hypoallergenic materials on earth: 14k gold and ASTM F136 titanium–which is trusted for medical implants. DreamLux™ earrings are perfect for sensitive ears because the materials are non-irritating and extremely lightweight.

Why Pair 14K Gold With Titanium (ASTM F136)?

While they are both ultra-hypoallergenic, 14k gold and titanium (ASTM F136) contribute very different properties to jewelry. 14k gold brings warmth, beauty, tradition, and the unmistakable appearance that has made it one of the world's most treasured jewelry materials. Titanium (ASTM F136) brings strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility that makes it valued in aerospace and biomedical engineering.[7][8][9]

For children's jewelry, the result is particularly compelling, because a little earring does not need to feel substantial to be substantial. It can be remarkably light on her ear and extraordinarily strong, safe, and pretty all at the same time.

Why Doesn't Everyone Make Jewelry From Titanium?

Titanium is desirable precisely because of properties that also make it difficult and expensive to manufacture. Its high strength-to-weight ratio, low thermal conductivity, and chemical behavior make titanium challenging to machine compared with many conventional jewelry metals.[9] DreamLux™ pieces use CNC machining to create precise forms and stone-setting features in ASTM F136 titanium, which is a completely different specialty than standard metal casting.

What Makes Tiny Blessings DreamLux™ Different?

Twenty-five years of research and design taught us that luxury, safety and comfort should be accessible to every little girl. A dream that led us to combine materials and technology that revolutionize children's jewelry by offering a new alternative to solid gold that is vastly superior to any other gold plated jewelry currently available. We combine:

ASTM F136 Titanium Core
for exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and light weight. This material is non-irritating and trusted for surgical implants.
AuraBond™ 14K Gold Finish
to create a highly wear-resistant 14k gold finish engineered for the everyday adventures of childhood.
Child-Specific Design
because fit, comfort, edges, posts, and earring backs should be considered from the beginning—not added as an afterthought.

DreamLux™ is here to make fine jewelry more livable.

More wearable.

More accessible.

And completely worry-free for the little girl who will make it more meaningful.

PVD Jewelry FAQs

What does PVD stand for in jewelry?

PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition, a family of vacuum processes used to deposit extremely thin coatings onto a surface.[2]

The purpose of this process is to create a stronger bond, with higher hardness, than traditional gold plating. Accordingly, high-hardness PVD coatings measure 1500-4,500 HV, compared with approximately 60-100 HV for a representative gold electroplated coating—often more than a 45x difference in surface hardness.[10][11]That hardness translates into greater resistance to scratching, abrasion, and surface wear over conventional gold plating.

Is PVD a type of gold plating?

PVD can be used to apply a gold surface onto another metal, so “PVD gold plating” is commonly used in consumer terminology. Technically, however, PVD is a vacuum-deposition process rather than traditional electroplating.[2][4]

Is all gold PVD made with real gold?

No. Some PVD coatings use real gold or gold alloys, while others use materials such as titanium nitride or zirconium nitride to create a gold color.[2][4][5]

Does PVD last forever?

No manufacturer should promise that a surface coating is physically incapable of wearing. That said, AuraBond™ is engineered as a high-hardness PVD coating system for exceptional long-term wear.

Can children wear PVD jewelry every day?

DreamLux™ PVD was designed specifically around children’s everyday use because it can provide strong wear and corrosion resistance.

Why use titanium instead of stainless steel?

Many commonly used stainless-steel alloys are indeed cheaper, but can release nickel which is a harmful contaminant.[12] Titanium offers very low density, excellent corrosion resistance, high specific strength, and extensive biomedical use.[7][9] DreamLux™ uses ASTM F136 titanium because those qualities fit especially well with the goals of children's jewelry.[8]

Is ASTM F136 titanium used in medical implants?

Yes. ASTM F136 is the standard specification for wrought Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy intended for surgical implant applications.[8]

Is DreamLux™ appropriate for a brand-new piercing?

ASTM F136 titanium itself is an accepted material for initial piercing jewelry, but professional piercing guidance distinguishes coated jewelry from uncoated implant-grade titanium and does not recommend gold-plated or coated jewelry for fresh piercings. For a new or healing piercing, follow your professional piercer's or pediatrician's guidance.[13]

Can children sleep in DreamLux™ earrings?

Our flat, screw backs are designed around children's comfort and security. However, pediatric guidance can vary depending on whether a piercing is new or healed. The American Academy of Pediatrics' Healthy Children guidance recommends avoiding overly tight backs and, for healed piercings, removing earrings at bedtime.[14]

Why would I choose DreamLux™ instead of solid 14K gold?

Choose solid 14K gold when you want a precious-metal piece that is gold throughout. Solid 14k gold pieces can be generational keepsakes that will grow in memories and value over time.

Choose DreamLux™ when you want a different combination: the beauty of a real 14k gold finish, an exceptionally lightweight and strong ASTM F136 titanium core, high wear and corrosion resistance, and a price that makes luxury more accessible for more girls.

Adorable

By Mingky

The package is great for a gift (her first mint box), and the silver chain is shiny and the perfect size for a toddler. This is my three-year-old girl’s birthday gift, and I want to order one more for my boy. I hope the silver stays shiny for a long time. I was looking for the one wasn’t too expensive or too cheap and this one is perfect in terms of both quality and price.
